Vacationing with my wife. We set ourselves strictly for skiing in Bukovel, so I will only note the main "pluses" and "minuses", and you can judge what is more important for you.
Pros: a beautiful place, half an hour drive along the new highway to Bukovel, has its own rental, sauna, hut, shop and parking. Accommodation prices are two times cheaper than in Bukovel. We lived in a cottage, it was comfortable, there was always hot water, the room has a refrigerator, TV, hairdryer, TV and good furniture.
Cons: poor insulation if you live on the ground floor. Entrance doors did not close tightly, had to be sealed with a bedspread. Breakfasts in the kolyba for "C grade". I don’t advise you to eat cheese, butter (spread) and sausages if you want to ski, and not sit in warm cabins, which, fortunately, there are enough in Bukovel. The cuisine in the kolyba is delicious and unreasonably expensive. I advise you to climb 300 m higher to the "Panorama of the Carpathians". You will be pleasantly surprised by the prices and range. Don't forget to bring alcohol with you. It simply isn't there.

Otherwise, I liked the hotel. The staff immediately responds to comments and, if possible, eliminates the shortcomings within a few minutes.
If you get your car, then good winter tires will be the key to a hassle-free exit on a steep climb to the hotel.
And if you like to watch TV in the evenings, I advise you to take a small indoor antenna with you - the image signal from the local cable operator is very weak.
Have a nice rest in Gorgany!
