Плохой отель Bad hotel

This is the first time in many years that I have encountered such a "divorce". Complete inconsistency with what is in the description of the hotel and reality. What we encountered: lack of electricity (on December 30-31 it was not there until 18.00!!! ) or its regular shutdown, and therefore the lack of hot water and heat! The price list states a kettle and a hairdryer in the room - in fact, they are not there, after the request - they got a kettle, but for 1 "boiling" of water there are from 2 to 5 power outages, and not only in your room, but also mosaically throughout the hotel ! There is no ski equipment rental at the hotel! Before the trip, a children's room and a billiard room were announced on the site - there is not even a trace either. The cafe-dining room is not heated - eating in the cold is very far from comfortable. Sauna (as it is written magnificent) - without a pool, without a drain of water, it is impossible to use brooms, when it is turned on, the light knocks out. Nearby there is a yoke, which works every other time, then the roller will fly off, then the light will be cut down. There are no complaints about the hotel employees, they use what the owners provided them with, the food is quite tasty. But all the same, they will give 3 spoons for 4 people, then they will forget to put sugar. In short, the level of the hotel does not match the price and most importantly what is stated on the site!
