Плохой отель Bad hotel

I booked this hotel through the website "Planet of Hotels" a month before the settlement. We invoiced an advance payment of 30% of the amount of the stay, which was paid and a photo of the check was sent via Viber (a junior suite was booked for 2 adults, 2 children), the operator called back and confirmed the reservation and gave me the hotel number. I successfully phoned the hotel administrator and received a booking confirmation. I am writing a review for the first time and now you will understand why) Exactly a week later, the operator calls with the news that my junior suite is no longer there, they can offer a standard (difference: there is a refrigerator and a microwave) or return the money, the difference is 1000 UAH. They gave me a day to think. They couldn’t find the reason for such a joke! There was a desire to take the money, but I didn’t want to bother. I agreed to the standard, thinking that all the adventures would end there. But in vain! , the owner just wanted to) having called the administrator, he received a strong recommendation to pay extra through PrivatBank, and this was on Black Monday, when they were closed for those reasons! it was the second sign) they ordered from the photo of one building and settled in another above the restaurant.
Now for the pros:
-Location is great!

-Nature super a lot of snow and frost -15
-Near the restaurant High Pass (the cuisine is excellent which year) the average check per person is 100 UAH
-Free parking, covered 50 UAH per day
-The room is warm (batteries are regulated)
-Heated floor in the bathroom (but very stuffy, not regulated)
What did not like:
-When checking in, the administrator asked the operator for half an hour the presence of an advance payment (Accounting is carried out manually using a notebook)
-The front door from the street either didn’t open, or didn’t close (from the point of view of fire safety, a violation) well, it’s not convenient
-The door to the room did not fit well and the draft grunted it
-There was no kettle in the room
-wifi was out for 2 days
- there was no electricity and water for a day !!!! ! the generator is not provided for this building
Curtains are narrow and do not cover the window
-food in a restaurant like in a state hospital (tried on arrival)
- room furnishing: standard)
- Poor soundproofing in the room.
- in the afternoon after skiing, when two young ladies entered the room and wanted to conduct an inventory in the room under the pretext of changing shifts, I politely refused under the pretext that the children were sleeping
-few hangers in the closet, three instead of four, more were not given at the request (not allowed)
My verdict: go around this parliament on the tenth road, there are decent hotels in the Carpathians with excellent staff and owners. Have a good rest and Merry Christmas!
