The driver of the Citroen minibus, which drove us from Ivano-Frankivsk, broke the crankcase on the way up to the hotel and all the oil leaked from him. You can imagine how he spoke about the location of Villa Maria.
Having reached the hotel, we were met by a very talkative hostess Maria and assigned us to rooms on the second floor. The rooms are upholstered with wooden clapboard, it smells pleasantly of wood. The room has a bed, wardrobe, TV cabinet, bedside table. TV - a small "aquarium", but the tuner does not work. An antenna "slingshot" was installed, from which there is no sense. A signal of 3 channels was received - Inter, 1 + 1 and the first national. It was impossible to watch the first two because of the interference. Enjoyed the broadcast of UT-1. Things were even worse for friends in rooms with TV, he was just there. Things can be put in the closet, but it's as lucky. Friends room was completed with a wardrobe with shelves. That is, there was simply nowhere to hang things on a hanger. There is nowhere to hang things after skiing. The room is cramped. 90% is furniture. It's hard for two to get along.
The room has a tiny bathroom. Hot water is available all the time. It is equipped with a toilet bowl (everything is ok), a broken-down Chinese shower cabin (taking a shower and not flooding the whole room is a whole art) and a tiny washbasin (I have a bigger face, it’s very difficult to wash). Everything. There is nothing more. No shelves for toiletries, no towel hook, no toilet paper holder. There is nothing. Terribly cramped and uncomfortable! Friends in the room after the first shower clogged drain. This was reported and asked to be removed. NOT REMOVED. For two days the guys took a shower with friends. The towels provided by the hostess upon check-in are clean, washed, but have a characteristic smell. I am sure they have been exploited for far from the first year. It is necessary to throw away such towels, and not offer them to guests.
On the ground floor there is a dining room with a fireplace. The hall is heated only by a fireplace, so choose a place closer to one. Breakfast cost 50-60 UAH/person, dinner 80-100 UAH/person. The portions are large, and for the most part, everything is delicious.
Separately, I want to dwell on the situation with ordering food. The hostess asks to order dinner in the morning and warn her two hours before setting the table. Menu. Everything seems to be normal, but once we were late for the morning prices for ski passes in Bukovel and decided that we would order dinner on our return, wait until it was cooked and everything would be ok. But it was not there! On our return, we went down to the dining room to order dinner. The hostess was aware that we would have dinner with her, we warned, but she decided to play the whole scene in front of us. Like, you need to order in advance. We tried to reassure the very talkative hostess, they said that we didn’t need to cook anything complicated, we agreed to any first, any side dish and any meat dish. The best balance of location / quality / price, in our opinion, fell on the village of Yablunytsya, Villa "Maria".
The road was quite tiring, we got there for more than a day by railway transport, upon arrival at the railway station Tatariv, as agreed, we were met by car, Mr. Bogdan (meeting and transfer to the hotel there - free of charge, back - for a fee).

When we loaded into the car and set off, it was already dark, and after the procedure of getting to know us, Bogdan switched to a historical instructive course of the “correct”, and not the Soviet, history of Ukraine, the local lands and local characters, and the text bounced off the teeth so much that it was clear that it has already been told more than one hundred times... When everyone in the car began to fall asleep peacefully, pan Bogdan got to praising Bandera and Una-unso and about the atrocities of the Soviet people on his land and stories about how he once threatened his guest from Odessa, that he was “not to be found in the mountains”, when the latter somehow expressed himself in a wrong way about the Western partisans... Location. One of the best in Yablunitsa itself and in relation to Bukovel. Outside the windows there is just a superb view of the pines, mountains... quiet, ecologically clean, the place is just what the doctor ordered : ) Villa Maria is located even away from the internal road, so you are guaranteed peace and quiet outside the window - this is a big plus. Transfer to Bukovel was 80 UAH one way, we were 4 people. Drive from the window of the mansion to the ski lifts in Bukovel - 20min.
House and settlement. The house is a three-story mansion. On the ground floor there is a dining room with a fireplace, where you eat, if you order food from Maria, the hosts and those tourists who are guilty live... On the second floor, junior suites and standard rooms, some differ from others only in size. The junior suite has a vestibule in front of the bedroom, which is extremely convenient (we lived in such). Shared bathroom, hot water all the time, double bed and non-working TV. The house was warm and dry, everywhere except the dining room it was cold. Here on the second floor, such a quadrant common hall with a table and chairs (there are no tables in the rooms), those who were cramped in the room gathered there to drink tea or swell or just talk. On the third floor, suites with balconies. If you are demanding on the interior appearance of the room, the quality of the work performed, plumbing, windows, wires and lighting, then you are here, they are much neater and prettier than the second floor (respectively, and more expensive). On the second, they did everything with only one ax.
