Celebrated the New Year 2016. Booked for 2 weeks, so there was no choice. At one time at that time did not think that wherever we call is busy, and here you have a free cottage, especially for 12 people. The hosts sent the photo via viber the day before, everything in the photo is very beautiful - everything is made of wood, simple, in principle, yes, and everything is there, except for one ...kitchen. The description stated that there is a kitchen, but upon arrival it turned out that the kitchen is a coffee table with a wonderful dirty old electric stove for 2 hotplates and a kettle. Opposite the rooms across the hall is a refrigerator, which also would not prevent the owners to wash and a microwave oven, which is almost not heated. If you decide to wash the dishes, please, in the bathroom in a small ceramic washbasin ...But these are not all the surprises that 'Baika' has prepared for us.
Immediately behind the door is the so-called kitchen and table, ie exactly 12 people. To the glory there are stairs, our friends, to sit next to us on New Year's Eve, settled down there.
There is no TV in the lobby. There was no Christmas tree until it was pressed. And this is the New Year! ! ! There was an 80-liter boiler for 2 bathrooms, and there was not enough water for everyone. One bathroom is brand new, but the plumbing in the rain cabin is leaking. and the water does not go down. And very, very, very cold. Gas heating, the owners save, had to walk in jackets. It was simply impossible to be in a room with a balcony. It is very uncomfortable, especially at such a price! ! ! ! ! When the owners turn on the fireplace, forget about electricity, it will not be, the light is constantly knocking out, even when you turn on the charger.

On the third floor, there is no TV in one room, although the description states that it is like a bathroom. He is also missing. In Baika it is not very clean, when settling in one of the rooms on the battery hung someone's pants, in a closet-studs and hairpins. Behind the bed is dirty. Also in one of the rooms the sofa was dirty and a bit torn.
Towels are given one by one, their appearance makes you want the best. A maximum of them can be put under your feet after a shower! ! ! ! ! Soap is served in jars, slippers are not disposable, but used. And when we opened the front door, the handle fell off, not our fault, it just stayed in our hands, because the door is wooden and obviously a little wet and difficult to open, but it did not prevent the owners to rob us of 200 hryvnia. As you can see, the owners have something to work on.
I would like to thank the only one from Baika, unfortunately, we did not meet, this is an older man who brought us a Christmas tree, came to us every day for garbage, and cleaned the balcony.
If the young hosts were the same, tourists would want to come at least once more. Unfortunately. . .
