Disadvantages:
-poor sound insulation, you can hear all the neighbors from all sides and the street even with the windows closed;
- in the yard and in neighboring yards, dogs - sometimes raised a terrible bark at night;
- neighbors behind the fence were periodically engaged in construction and we listened to some kind of sawing machine;
- the cleanliness of the rooms leaves much to be desired (there were dust clouds under the bed, a condom wrapper and b-ear slippers! FU! )
- I was unpleasantly surprised by the fact that the kitchen is dirty - the refrigerator, the shelves of the cabinets are all sticky, greasy, it can be seen that the cleaning is very superficial.
