The staff is not friendly. The service is poor. Constant monitoring of your every step in the hotel. They require you to leave your passport for the period of your stay at the hotel. Where is this seen! ? Tennis rental - 30 UAH per hour - just at the tennis table (even without rackets). If there are three of you, then it is strictly forbidden for three of you to spend the night in a double room, no one will accommodate. More than 4 people are not allowed into the sauna pool. If there are 5 of you, then you need to pay extra for the fifth. A visit to the pool is clearly on time, not a minute more, otherwise you will have to pay extra. There are no refrigerators in the rooms. In short, in a word, not a hotel, but a private garden, beautifully built, but where they absolutely forget what service and a smile on their faces are.
