We rested in this cottage from July 19 to August 2.2014.
The owners post false information about the interior and exterior. Firstly, there is no barbecue and gazebo, at least upon arrival at the place we were not told anything. It is not clear why this information is indicated in the description, if it is not true and misleads a potential client.
Secondly, the balcony in our room was, to put it mildly, unfinished. The floor consists of hastily nailed unhewn boards, part of the balcony is occupied by boards folded in a couple of rows. It is impossible to sit on the balcony, as there is only one sunbed, no chairs.

Thirdly, there was an unpleasant incident with the kitchen. The site contains only photos, as it turned out, the kitchen on the first floor. Of course, by default, we understood that the kitchen in the photo is provided for general use by residents of all rooms in the cottage, and even in our thoughts we could not admit that in reality there would be such a difference: a beautiful kitchen for the residents of the first floor, and a terrible one for the second.
The kitchen for the inhabitants of the second floor turned out to be generally terrible: unfinished, dirty, on it a bunch of carelessly dumped master's things, which spoiled all the aesthetics. It turned out to be common with the hosts, it embarrassed both us and, probably, the hosts themselves. By the way, as it turned out, the sofa in the kitchen is used as a bed for the children of the owners. One of the evenings we could not use it, as the owner's daughter was "resting" in the kitchen. On our remark the next day that we could not even make ourselves tea, the owner threw up - do not delay with tea! There was no mention of any apologies.
In addition to the sofa, from the kitchen furniture - one normal chair, a terrible shabby master's chair and a stool.
Of course, we used all the dishes and utensils, but these conditions greatly marred the impression. This is called cheating customers, as these conditions are offered and shown after arriving at the place! No photos of the second kitchen! By the way, later the owners argued different cuisines by saying that they are supposedly more expensive on the first floor, cheaper on the second, but on the website ( http://www. karpaty. info/ru/uk/if/jr/jaremche/houses/villa . korona/) there is no such information (there is only the cost per day per person).
In our room, as it turned out, the only one in the house (according to the owners) had problems with hot water. She kept disappearing. Which was very unpleasant when you take a shower. From the very beginning, the owner, of course, warned that it was necessary to “twist” the gas water heater and then there would be hot water, but later, when such a need arose, the owner said to wait for others to wash themselves (in other rooms), then the pressure would be normal. This can hardly be called a correct attitude towards the client!

Separately, I would like to note such an important issue as courtesy and hospitality. Yes, at first the owners were as friendly and polite as possible, they told us to feel at home, calmly use everything that we need in the kitchen and when necessary. They advised how best to go on excursions, etc. , however, after our comments about the kitchen, politeness began to disappear somewhere. On the day of our departure, the owner, when we had already transferred all the things to the car, ran out of the room and with the words "I'm in a hurry" simply said "Goodbye", although usually people ask if they liked it, invite them to come again, etc. .
In general, I do not recommend this cottage, as the owners turned out to be artificially polite and hid the whole truth about the living conditions!
