Before leaving, I wanted to add a couple of stars for something. But what happened after that cancels out the few advantages that exist there. You have to listen to claims for literally everything. The girl who is engaged in cleaning deserves special attention - I have not met such an unpleasant attitude for a long time. Communication as a teenager: the mood is constantly changing, can communicate politely, and next time - rude rude. Her "FE" will have to listen to every occasion.
Purity at the level of 3 stars. Do not even think to touch the curtains and drapes - the dust from them will fall like snow.

Here are just a few points:
--- literally before each shower you will have to ask for hot water and at the same time listen to the fact that you "wash like horses" and "this has never happened to you";
--- if you have a cup of boiling water (yes, and cups of this quality) - you will remain guilty and you will have to listen to the claims;

--- the key ring is so weak and crooked that they fall out of it many times a day - and so from both rooms that we rented. The key is easier to lose, and then you will be given a bunch of claims with the obligatory "you've never had this before. " By the way: we honestly admitted that we lost one of the two keys and said that we want to make up for the loss. But after the last conversation AFTER leaving, the desire disappeared.
--- The entrance to the rooms is separate from the living room-bar, the castle is semi-working and you have to do your best to close / open it - no one is going to fix it. And if you, God forbid, do not close these doors or go through the second open (they are half a meter from each other) - you have to listen to a bunch of complaints.
--- Of the pros: no kitchen, but on request we were given dishes. We cooked ourselves in a multicooker.

We took for ourselves and the children two rooms for 500 UAH.
Already after leaving in the afternoon we were called back and my wife was accused of stealing or missing two cups.
