We were in this "hotel" with a company during the New Year holidays of 2016-2017.
The first night, the hotel was just cold to breathe. The hosts gave us a warm jacket and a heater for our friends. After that night, my bronchitis worsened and I spent the rest of the trip in the room.
On December 31, when our girls went to take a shower, after 10 minutes the hot water supply stopped, and cold water ran from the tap. The owners said that they had a weak voltage in the network and the boiler could not provide hot water and heating. I had to wash out of the pan.
After this incident, we made a scandal, after which there were no problems with heating, but hot water periodically disappeared (since the remaining time I "rested" in the room, there was an opportunity to evaluate).
