First of all, I would like to thank you for your indifference to the level of our service, evaluation and comparison of the cost and quality of related services.
Doors of our "Skyscraper" are always open for you, dear tourists and travelers!
Essentially :
1. Have you seen beautiful views of the mountains and night beauty Yaremche from the central
city ​ ​ roads? What is beyond the horizon - you will see only from the windows of our resort.
By the way, the transfer (arrival and departure) in Yaremche is free! Transfer to Bukovel -
from the cottage! At the very least, I always inform potential tourists about the distance to the cottage
from the city center and the cost of a taxi (it is 20-25 UAH).
2. Bath with pool - this is a related service, its cost is listed on the sites - I did not impose this

services, in addition provided you with a discount at your request…

About food - this is the most vulnerable thing I can not agree with.
In particular, you ate at my place on January 23.24, 25, and 28.29 - and each time you ordered other dishes, then I did not hear from you reproaches about bad or expensive food… if it was delicious then - then what's the matter? The only thing I asked you to do was not to eat (given the stocks of your food on the balconies), in the literal sense of the word in the rooms, and offered you a kitchen, karaoke room and bar.
Meals in a cottage are different from meals in a hut or other establishment - we prepare everything by pre-order, from fresh, and therefore expensive products! I do not agree with you that in decent huts, or even more so in restaurants, food is cheaper. I do not consider the options of "eateries" or "cafes" (with all due respect to the data of public catering establishments) a worthy alternative!
Therefore, I want to say - I am proud of the quality of food and the variety of dishes we offer for OUR vacationers, for which I am personally grateful to my chefs.

P. S. I have a request for your company, Ms. Kateryna - if you book rooms and receive
appropriate discount on accommodation based on the number of residents and the period of rest,
and upon arrival, informing about changes in your plans to reduce the length of stay - understand the owners - for us it is a planned arrival, sometimes refusing others to come through your reservation, in the end - it's our money.
