Upon check-in, everything was fine: comfortable bedding, toiletries, but the problem with towels, the hotel staff was able to find towels only after the 3rd call and a request to provide a book of complaints. Later, problems with Wi-Fi began, which lasted a whole week at the hotel. "And what do you want, I don't have it either! (Apparently I had to give it to her at my own expense, or how? )" and who wrote on which hotel sites, and we change the linen on the 4th day. "
