A couple of days ago we returned from Yasinya, where we stayed at this hotel. (we were settled by a tour operator, we did not choose this hotel). I don't even know where to start, everything is really bad. I'll start with the fact that there is no reception! That is, you do not know who to turn to with requests. Then they realized to whom. The staff is 3 people who cook in the kitchen, clean and give out keys and a hair dryer (! ), Which is one for the whole hotel. The kitchen is very average, there is no smell of Hutsul cuisine there. Cutlets as in Soviet canteens, for breakfast they gave a boiled egg and a sandwich with sausage. Terrible tea, I have never drunk anything like this, coffee is more or less, but only a quarter of a cup and supplements will not be given! Number. . . is also a separate issue. I personally received a lot of bruises and abrasions, as everything is very crowded! To get to the bed from the right side - I had to bend down. There was no refrigerator, then we found out that someone did have it. Bath - not a person's towel (generously, yeah) and one soap each. The shower is certainly heaped up, but the water is difficult to regulate and it is easy to scald with boiling water. There is no table, no glasses. . . The floor rattles, the front door does not close normally. And they say that the hotel is new. . . Oh well. But the cameras are. Yes, this is important! In general, the impression is terrible. The attitude towards the visitor is bad. Oh yes, they have 3 stars and they are part of the "Empire of excitement", from "excitement" they saw only billiards. . . Well done guys, keep it up! 2 stars help you!
