You need to wait about 10 minutes for the menu to be brought to you, and after ordering something for another 15 minutes, if you ordered alcohol they won’t bring it right away, they probably love hungry customers and don’t want to get them drunk, and when they bring food, they won’t bring it at the same time for two, well, so that the second person drools, probably, the same with the bill, they carry it for a very long time. . . It’s time for the owner of the hotel to switch to the option of breakfasts all over the world, put a samovar with cups and coffee and tea, serve bread of your choice, butter, maybe jam, and let the waiters take out hot, you will also facilitate the work of waiters and give vacationers more choice. The brightest and most important thing in the rest, of course, was skiing, the transfer to the mountain was organized as promised, at first it was very convenient for two walkers in the morning at 9:30 and at 10, but then we decided to do only one at 10, but about that We were not told why. . . Then they forgot to pick us up, that is, they agreed with the driver at 16:30, and he was not there, as it turns out, the time was changed, but again, why report this. . . The promised excursions were free and paid, of course we wanted to go to hot springs, wine tasting and the Mukachevo castle, but we were told we need at least 6-8 people, but if we came together, how can we gather 8 people? Then they asked for a free tour and it needs at least 4 people. . . How can you promise people excursions and not organize them! I won’t go around the numbers and ask who wants to go on an excursion, the hotel itself had to determine the time and day of the excursions and post a list of who wants to go - sign up, but if there aren’t enough people, the excursion will not take place, that’s all, in my opinion nothing difficult! The hotel room was normal, but the towels and bedding were never changed, by the end the beautiful white towels and bedding were dark. From the entertainment in the hotel I really liked the sauna. But in general, they were very dissatisfied with the hotel and the organization, so I do not recommend the Visson hotel to anyone! And I advise the owner of the hotel to take into account all the shortcomings, maybe read some literature or watch a video on how to properly and efficiently organize a vacation for visitors so that they are satisfied and recommend this vacation to others!
