Star Carpathians. December - January 2012. The service is just disgusting. The simplest room the size of a box will cost 900g. Glass wool sticks out of the walls, which they hastily failed to lay down - they washed 3 days after returning. The maid did not remember to check for soap and so on paper, and wet towels thrown in the corner to replace managed to hang back on a hook to dry. Forget about free breakfast at this 5 * hotel there is no such thing. Water, light, the Internet seem to be on schedule. In general, unpleasant surprises await you at every turn in the form of hidden fees, cheap food, and poor service. God forbid you from their pool - the administration advertises it as a pool of sea water - so there was so much chlorine in this water that the new bathing suit turned from blue to gray, and his eyes watered and ached as after welding, the second time the child was afraid to go there.
One evening in the billiard hall we were approached by a drunken company - it looks like the guards are here just to open the gates, not to solve such issues. And the surveillance cameras, as we were secretly told, are not so much for security as to monitor lazy staff - because the owner lives somewhere far away.
