The hostess is friendly as long as everything suits you. We asked to change the bed in one of the rooms as it looked minty and not fresh and to bring an extra blanket. This was taken aggressively with the comment that we can move out if we don't like something (on holidays, of course, housing was occupied everywhere). As a result, both requests were granted, but we left earlier than planned.
The rule to take off your shoes at the front door, having risen to the 3rd floor, is extremely inconvenient and your feet are cold.
I didn't like it - creaky floor, broken furniture in places, poorly closing doors to the common bathroom, attitude towards guests, Wi-fi catches very badly.
