Very satisfied with this hotel, despite the old reviews, we still decided to go. We were welcomed by new young hosts Alina and Vladyslav. Rooms are very clean, delicious cuisine. If you compare it with what it was before, this is a completely different hotel with very good service and friendly owners. Which is great + they now allow pets.

We were outraged, to which we received the answer: Do not like? Look for ANOTHER HOTEL ”(direct quote). They thought, well ...well, I overdid it a bit, my husband didn't ask for a day. But then it was even more interesting.

"Mr. " Alexander has a habit of closing the aisles between floors, referring to the fact that he is missing dishes made of gold leaf with porcelain chickens of the 13th century ...horror ...we should call the police and investigate this blatant offense, but "Mr. " Beard, aka "Mr. " Alexander, a former law enforcement officer (ie cop) It is for this reason that he decided to fight the "theft" of "elite dishes" alone - not letting hotel guests after 23:00 from the floor. We rested with friends on the weekend before Independence Day. Very friendly and attentive hosts Sashko and Oksana. We were offered rooms suitable for living with children (ground floor). Rooms are clean, clean bedding. Two meals a day is very convenient. When you go with children, because you do not care what and where to cook for them.

The staff is friendly, understanding and very helpful. They helped us arrange an interesting vacation: Oksana suggested that we take excursions and helped organize them. Ivan, the guide, is the sweetest soul of a person, brought, showed everything, told and charged with super energy. Natasha at the reception showed and told everything, any question is immediately answered. Andrey is a cook - he fed deliciously. Thanks guys for a wonderful holiday. We are still impressed!

Check-in to the hotel was quick. Everything is clean in the hotels, but there is no Carpathian flavor. Everything is done, as they say, under the "euro repair". Entering the hotel you need to go through the "dining room" to go up to your room. Rooms are clean, bedding is great. The walls were a little embarrassing - they somehow reminded me of a hospital, all white, plain. For an amateur.
The hotel has its own ski rental, but we did not take it. Something did not really want to teleport in ski boots to the lift. The site says 200m, as for me it will be more.
The ski complex pleased me immediately when we saw it. There was enough snow. In the morning the snowcats finished the work, so everything looked great. There are several ski rentals (80-100 UAH). For some reason, there is no rental of glasses anywhere. Probably not in demand. To the left is a small yoke. Suitable for beginner skiers. Price 10 UAH. for the rise - a little expensive. Brings only about 1/4 of the slide. On the right is a yoke that will take you to the very top. Lifting price 12 UAH. If someone thinks the descent is very steep, then approximately in the middle you can get off the lift. And from here continue downhill. Also, in the middle of the mountain, there is a granny who sells tea and mulled wine (10 UAH).
