The entrance to the cottage is just a nightmare, we were in winter, and only after leaving the main road we got on a very steep, slippery unpaved road, 800 meters climbed for 2 hours, so our car (and we were on the Prado) skidded and rolled down the road down. For the next four days, each ascent was very hard. Money for a week of stay was paid immediately after arrival and regretted it!! ! At first, we were upset by the toilet rooms from which an unpleasant smell emanated, it turned out that this was the smell of water from the water supply. There is no stove in the kitchen, although this point was specified when booking. Meals, the price included breakfast and dinner - not tasty and cold, and when they ordered dinner, they waited for it for 3 hours (without exaggeration) ordered at 15:00 - brought at 18:30. The water disappeared two days later. . . the administrator Eduard, having said that it was temporary, and soon there would be water, brought buckets of water. A day later, we began to worry seriously, because without water, to put it mildly, it’s inconvenient, and we also with a one-year-old child, who cannot be washed, can’t cook food. . And a day later they called the hostess Galina to find out how we can wash the child if there is no water for two days, to which she says to us, "Why did you come here to bathe the children! " The next morning, the water did not appear, and having learned from the plumbers that it would not be available in the near future, since the water in the well is very dirty and because of this the pump constantly breaks down, we were planning to leave. It was the rude Galina who said over the phone that she would not return the money. . . After many hours of prying, she promised to return 8 thousand the next day and we left, as a result, a day later she transferred only 6 to the card ! ! With this review, I want to warn everyone, because our vacation was ruined! !
