Arriving in the room, it stank terribly of sewage, and we took a lot of rooms (for a large company) and it stank everywhere, to which the administrator said that they know about this problem, but they can’t do anything! There were no bath accessories in the room, when we checked out we were told, why didn't you ask? ! In a hotel with this level of prices, you still need to run after the maids and beg for soap? But this is not the worst thing... Our company booked a table for dinner (March 8), and the order was asked to be made in advance upon check-in, motivating us not to wait in the evening. As a result, having arrived at the stipulated time, we waited 1.5 hours until the order was brought. About the quality of food - the menu for the evening cost 1200 UAH. from a couple and for this money they served raw meat (although they later replaced it after a remark), first they brought dessert, and then the main course...
And most importantly, the ALL company was terribly poisoned... the child was taken to the infectious diseases hospital under a dropper... They called the hotel - zero response! As it turned out later, another company was poisoned that day. I do not recommend anyone to go there, the price does not match the quality. And the staff is not interested in treating guests well. . .
