Before leaving, I called the owners three times, paid for a room on the third floor. Upon arrival, it turned out that we would be accommodated in another room, on the second floor. Because on the third live - I quote - "people who work here".

For the room we were charged an amount less than we should - that is, the amount that we originally agreed. This is the end of the whole service.
The room is dark, poorly cleaned - dust and cobwebs in the corners. Under the window is a gallery, which is walked by those who live upstairs. Downstairs, under the room - the kitchen. All the smells from cooking were in our room. Walls and partitions are not just cardboard - they are paper. When the neighbor above blew his nose, it felt like he was doing it in our bathroom. I hear, sorry, every bunch. If you take into account that those who live above go to bed at two and when at four in the morning, you can imagine this pleasure.
No wraps or herbal teas stated on the site. No menu food - "today we have this, this and this". And all, eat what you have prepared. Cooked, however, delicious, but without delicacies - borsch, fried fish, oatmeal with milk, buckwheat, chops.
There is no shop nearby.
There is no place to buy food - apples, juice, anything else. "We go shopping, you can order and we will bring. " How, sorry, can I order the same apples? Rely on the taste of the host?
The second statement - after "we don't care about tourists" - read: "We don't have excursions, because there are no tourists. If you want, we can order a taxi, it will take you to the lake. " For 350 hryvnia.
This is despite the fact that she also spoke on the phone: we are interested in excursions. Do you have them? They answered: yes, of course. Yeah, they've been there three times. Just like paragliding. . . Once the owner agreed to take us to Mukachevo - and only because the families of workers who also live there, also wanted to go. That is, the people gathered. The owner, apparently, was a little surprised. . .
The owner - Igor - is engaged exclusively in construction. On the third day we just got together and went on the track to the station - if someone thinks that we were even asked where we are going, he is deeply mistaken.

We found a beautiful hotel in Volovets, and moved the same day. By the way, when we returned to Vershina to collect things, it turned out that Igor, Marina and their friends went to the waterfall. Rest. And really, who do tourists rock? : ) It's good that one of the people living in Vershina stayed at home - and so we would have stood in front of a closed cottage. By the way, I could not call Igor like that. He did not pick up the phone. And then he called back to the same girl who stayed and did not go with them - he told me how much money I should leave. Elementary politeness did not suggest that it was possible to call me back and not someone else.
There is only one good thing at the top of the hill - their bath. But even for the sake of the bath to tolerate such an attitude - fire. . . The impression is that we are unloved distant relatives who suddenly fell on the necks of the owners. Well, you are busy preparing for the camp - well, say in a humane way: we do not accept tourists now.
Moreover, I repeat that we talked on the phone more than once.
We remember the top of the hill as a terrible and unpleasant dream. It makes sense to go there for fun companies that want to be distracted by nature. Definitely not for family vacations. Or in winter to ski. Owners do not take into account: such things as "not up to tourists" should be warned in advance. I'm not talking about posting false information online.
