The hotel has 2 owners and it doesn’t really matter to everyone what problems there are on the next floor... On the 1st every day it rained in the shower from the second floors. The owner was seen only once... the staff is absent as such... In short, the service is at floor level... And the prices for everything are horse...

We arrived to settle down, but since the rooms had not yet been vacated, we left our things and went for a walk (Igor Anatolyevich said that by 12 noon everything would be ready in the best possible way). We returned at 13.20, drank tea at the bar again, waited some more, walked around the hotel and....finally, the maid provided such a service as cleaning the vacated room (I’ll clarify right away, in one !!!! , which none of did not book us). Then, after an hour, we, two couples, were allowed to settle..... in ONE large room. Imagine how you feel in a situation where you want to change clothes and rest, but there is nowhere to go... I had to rest on a small mattress by the window. Now the story about the bathroom: you go in, everything is beautifully done, but not at all well-groomed (I don’t understand when they cleaned it like a human for the last time - there are stains on the mirror, there is a plaque in the washbasin), you try to turn on the light, but it’s not there... the bulb burned out. Let's go once, they asked Igor Anatolyevich to at least give another one (they would have replaced it themselves), for which they received an ordinary light bulb, instead of a special one that fits in that lamp....In the context it reads "Take this and *** off. " Naturally, they were left without light in the bathroom....so, after waiting in the room for four hours, they came up again, then they had mercy on us and gave the lamp from the bar. With such labor, for so much time, they achieved the world....But, this was only the beginning. The second number, for our friends, was allocated at five in the evening. Judge for yourself, maybe I'm too picky, but one day of skiing just evaporated.
Separately, I’ll say about soundproofing: there is none at all, you lie in bed and hear the child crying in the room on the left, how the man in the room on the right snores, how people in ski boots walk along the corridor on the top floor... It seems like everyone is together in one rest in the room. As they say, there are no comrades for the taste and color, maybe someone likes this...
