We rested with a company in September 2012. The hotel has very helpful staff who are ready to help with absolutely everything. Spacious rooms that have everything you need for a good rest. In the gazebo you can order your choice of food: European, Hungarian, Transcarpathian cuisine.
We ordered a tour in advance from the Svalyavskaya travel agency (not through the Katerina hotel), but as it turned out, there was a misunderstanding and we were not satisfied with the proposed option, it was radically different from what was ordered. We refused, the most annoying thing is that it became known only upon arrival and it was necessary to urgently solve the problem. Having voiced our wishes on the tour route to the hotel administrator, everything was decided very quickly. After 20 minutes, they came for us by car and took us to the places they wanted to see.
Everyone liked it very much! For what, thank you very much!
Request: 2 ATVs are not enough, as one of them is an instructor. Would love to add a few more : )
