I have been staying at the hotel for the 4th year in a row. Compared to the previous three years, this year the situation in the hotel is extremely sad. In the best two-room suite - a bed creaking to horror, a falling apart sofa (which, according to the hotel staff, has just been changed), interior doors that do not close.
We ordered a sauna for 2 hours - the sauna turned out to be cold (67 at the beginning, 50 at the end). We complained to the administrator - it turned out we were to blame for not going out wet into the street, where it was +5, and we didn’t call anyone.
In general, having visited the hotel for the 4th time, I can say that on the fifth I will look for something else - the hotel has grown old, and absolutely nothing is being done to update.
