So we liked it:
1) There is a pump room "Polyana Kvasova";
2) The restaurant cooks really tasty even complex lunches and dinners, a good menu for every taste;
3) Guarded parking;
4) Staff. Starting from the girls at the reception, waiters, ending with cleaners. Introvert cosmetologist Vlada is a professional in her field, appreciate her! In general, everyone is trying?
5) The room is clean, the furniture is in excellent condition, comfortable mattresses and pillows, there is a mini-safe, mini-bar, mosquito net on the window, air conditioning, plasma with satellite TV, wi-fi. Every day they clean, change towels and bring gift water;
6) There are saunas, a pool with hydromassage, a spa, a very good gym with good treadmills, a tennis table, bicycles, even an ATM)) ;
7) For children there is a playground, a children's room near the restaurant and a conference room where they are shown cartoons, so parents can take a break from them for a while.
Did not like:

1) Inconveniently made "entry and exit" to the hotel, i. e. if you are by car, then you cannot enter the main entrance, because it is always closed with barriers and made, apparently for VIPs, so you immediately drive a little to the left into the parking lot. Take your things and go up the steep stairs, the door, down the stairs, another door (a meter in front of the elevator) and then you finally get into the elevator;
2) On each floor, in front of the stairs, there are doors like in cowboy saloons (apparently, so that heat is not lost in winter), so this is also inconvenient if you are with a stroller. And in order to get to the playground with a baby stroller, you need to either go through the reception to the main entrance, then along the roadway and drive into the parking lot or the second option - doors - elevator - doors - stairs up - doors - a steep staircase down and oh, miracle, at you succeeded. There is only one ramp and it is at the main entrance, so we pull everything ourselves;
3) Another feature of this hotel is that almost all the staff smokes on the street, from masseurs to waiters.
PS: I would like to ask the hotel representative: “Why is it so difficult to remove these doors, especially those in front of the elevator? Winter is long over, why do they hang and create inconvenience? And I would like you to take into account the problem with the "hard" exit to the playground.
And so the hotel is beautiful and we recommend it to everyone who plans to relax in Polyana : )
