Отель понравился, курорт не очень I liked the hotel, the resort is not very

I liked the hotel in general. There are a lot of advantages: good service, medical facilities, beautiful interior, varied buffet meals (my children usually have problems with this, but here they ate well). There is entertainment - not a street playground for children, in the building there is a small children's room in the restaurant and a large playroom with ping-pong and table football near the gym. I read a lot of negative reviews about the restaurant and the waiters - I strongly disagree. The waiters are amazing, very friendly and hard working. There is also enough food and several types, there are dietary dishes.
The disadvantages of the hotel - there is no animator for children. Still, this is a hotel with a medical base, and it is not very clear where the mother should put the children during the procedure - they had to either take it with them or leave it in the room. Neither the first nor the second option suits. I hope the hotel management will take care of this issue.
The resort itself, to be honest, was not too impressive - a bunch of hotels were set up, cars drive back and forth... Behind all this, you can’t really see the Carpathians.

In this regard, I liked Zhdenievo more. It's more secluded and peaceful. And more beautiful!
