We stayed with the whole family in this hotel in June 2015, the composition - four elderly people and a middle-aged couple with a small child (2.2 years). I will say at once that we were satisfied with the rest and we plan to return here again.

The hotel has both significant advantages and some disadvantages. I try to focus objectively on those and others.

Territory. It can not be called great, but it is, in the truest sense of the word, enough - for short walks, relaxing on deck chairs, children's games and private barbecue, which is specially equipped with three gazebos in the far corner of the house. There is water and light, as well as a stove. Restaurant service is available. The hotel area is very well maintained, clean and beautiful. Large umbrellas and sunbeds are installed on the lawn.

Food. The room rate includes breakfast and dinner, buffet.
A full lunch is included for guests who have purchased a ticket.

During the month of rest we never had any complaints about food. Absolutely all the dishes are of good quality, more or less delicious (everyone has their own taste), suitable for children and the elderly, and for those who came to be treated. I must say that this is almost a unique case for Transcarpathian hotels, where there is usually one thing - or a semi-edible diet table, or potato pancakes with sausages floating in oil.
For those who go there with small children, I will describe in more detail: for breakfast there are always 1-2 types of milk porridge on the buffet. If you need a second or without milk, it will be prepared especially for you in 10-15 minutes at no extra charge. If there is no porridge on the buffet, you should ask the waiter who brought your choice - semolina, oats, buckwheat, corn, rice, barley. There is always cheese, kefir and yogurt, sour cream - good quality, fresh.
Jam, jam and honey - one type, quickly run out, the waiters are constantly taking out.
Steamed vegetables, omelet, sausages or sausages, fried bacon, slicing two types of sausage and one type of cheese, bread / butter. Pancakes often, but not always. There is a tea / coffee maker. In the evening 3-4 side dishes - potatoes, pasta, rice, buckwheat, barley porridge, corn porridge and several types of meat - chicken, pork, beef, usually stewed, often fish (hake). Cabbage salad, cucumber / tomato salad, grated beets. Baking so-so, factory, but we are not fans. Strawberries and cherries were given when the season approached, bananas all the time. Compote and berry compote all the time.
You will not find restaurant and gourmet dishes there, as well as variety, but a nursing child is not a problem at all. I repeat - everything is high quality and safe.

Water.
Separately, I dwell on this issue, because, despite the warnings made by the receptionist at the settlement, on the third day of residence it turned out that our grandmother makes tea on tap water.
You can't drink tap water here! If there is a little water left in the bathroom, then in half an hour you can see a rich black precipitate of flakes. There is an Alaska cooler in the lobby of the hotel for drinking and making drinks, which offers water abroad. Also, a bottle of Reykartz drinking water is placed in each room every day, but it is mineral and cannot be boiled.

The hotel has a water tap "Polyana Kvasova". How and how much to drink it should be recommended by a doctor, whose reception is included in the cost of living.

SPA and treatment. Use of the indoor pool, sauna and steam room is included in the price. Magnetic therapy, mineral baths, phytobar, ECG and blind sensing are included in the price of the "ticket".
For an additional fee, there are simply a lot of medical and cosmetic treatments, including Thai massage from the real secret. The pool is warm, 1
5 m deep around the perimeter, a small waterfall and a counter-current. They let children in, but under their own responsibility. It is very convenient that from any room you can get to the medical part and the spa without going outside.

Children. There are not just many children in summer, but many. Lovers of silence will have to look for a second hotel or come to Reykart in the off-season. It was in the off-season (March 31) that we spent a wonderful day here, when we came to explore - peace, beauty, but all services at the hotel are provided in full.
The hotel has an equipped playground (Interatletics) and a very small children's room. In the summer there are two animators, fun and enthusiastic, older children like it, they don't have enough resources for kids.
They are involved with children during the day and in the evenings hold various events such as children's karaoke and "mini-Miss Reykartz".

Wi-fi in the hotel works fine, on the territory - so-so.
There is a laptop in the lobby with a network connection for public use.

Numbers. Clean new bed, changed every three days, towels - daily. Good new plumbing, TVs, Panasonic air conditioners, suites and superior rooms have a kettle with tea / coffee making facilities, bathrobes and slippers. Beds and sofas are comfortable, curtains on the windows are tight. One "minus", significant when relaxing with children - furniture with sharp corners and loose glass overlays. One daughter was not allowed on the balcony at all, because there was a sharp window sill. The obvious flaw just cut a piece of iron and did not bend the edge (so in all rooms).

In general, the equipment and appearance of the rooms on the hard "five". But here we come to the main disadvantages.
Unfortunately, out of 50 hotel rooms or a quarter without any complaints.
First, half of the rooms face the road, and although it is not the busiest route, but timber trucks fly on it in large numbers, while announcing loud neighborhoods. They fly from 6 am. Of the same courtyard-facing rooms, some are directly above the restaurant’s terrace, and guests listen to music from 8 a. m. to 11 p. m. And the little things: air conditioning units hang in groups of 5-6 pieces at the ends of the building, ie next to the end numbers, as well as in the middle, just above the windows of the bedrooms. And the fact that at least one of the 5 blocks will be buzzing is the law. Once a week in the restaurant night laundry - up to 2-3 nights cars and hoods are buzzing, and the exhaust riser is located in the wall between the suites and superior, ie at least 6 rooms people enjoy low-frequency vibration and loud hum.
They promised to finish the laundry soon, maybe this problem will be removed, although the laundry is also right under the windows and it is unknown what sounds it will make. By the way, about construction - it is small and sluggish, but it is going on right now. We lived above the restaurant and next to the laundry, but, in fact, all this is not very poisonous existence. The pros still outweigh.

Location. Very good, all near the forest, bazaar, shop. Past the hotel "Fantasy" is the road to the forest, through which you can go to the beach, it's very beautiful. Holidaymakers also have fun every day buying Hungarian and Italian double bass on the market - from sausage to powder.
We visited two restaurants outside Reykarts: Kolyba in the woods and Kolyba in the Silver Fountain Hotel, the first is not tasty and expensive, the second is tasty but pointless. Excursion agencies in Polyana all offer tastings of "wines of Transcarpathian winemakers".

We tried one in Kolyba and changed our minds not only to buy, but also to try. In short - sweeter, stronger, that is, quite decent grapes are fixed with alcohol and add more sugar. Well, if you do not explode to complete the taste of Polish flavoring.

I would especially like to mention the wonderful staff at the Reikartz Polyana Hotel, led by the manager Anastasia. Nastya, thank you very much for resolving the unpleasant situation with the armor! Only thanks to you we did not turn around and did not go to the second hotel. Receptionist Yuri, Christina, Antonina, thank you for your sensitivity, attention and indifference! Special thanks to the maids and employees of the restaurant! My daughter still thinks that "Uncle Yura" (the waiter) cooked porridge for her for breakfast. Guys, you are all great guys and a great team.
I wish you success and hope to visit your hotel more than once.
