We had a family vacation in this hotel - we liked everything very much, polite, unobtrusive staff, excellent service, chic rooms, everything is super. I would especially like to note the restaurant - breakfasts - the Swedish line - such a wide range and everything is delicious, this was not seen in any of the Kiev hotels, the waiters are very pleasant, they brought a highchair for the child, even before our arrival, at breakfast there were three of us alone ! waiter. The pool is clean, the water is of normal temperature, an excellent gym, we were at the end of February - we still managed to go skiing - there is a transfer to the ski lift, we walked, the hotel gives sleds for free - we didn’t have to carry the child in our arms. the only thing is that we had some misunderstandings about payment - due to the fact that the rooms are booked through the central office, we were booked by phone at the same price, and on the spot it turned out that the price was different, but in the end everything was resolved in our favor. In general, in Ukraine such hotels and at such a price have not yet been met.
