The Classic room is comfortable, furniture, plumbing - everything is solid, new, there is a TV (all channels), an electric kettle, a refrigerator. The hallway even has underfloor heating. The bed and towels are white, cleaning every day, towels are changed every 3 days, linen is also changed once. Room 331, the door is poorly installed and rattles when you open the front door to the building, the soundproofing of the rooms is poor, since there were few guests. But these little things did not spoil the overall good impression of the hotel. The food is good, there is a regular and dietary menu, lunches and dinners were also taken at the hotel restaurant. The service is good, pre-ordered complexes are served immediately. If without a pre-order, you will have to wait 40 minutes, the prices are pleasant, borsch with meat and toast - 20 UAH a large plate of 350-400 grams, very tasty, they took often, also very tasty cheesecakes, there was nothing at all that was not tasty. In Kolyba on Saturdays there is live music, the service is good, the prices are slightly higher, but acceptable, I also liked everything, I was surprised by the fat in chocolate)). Sauna with a pool, a pool with hydromassage, billiards for 2 tables, both Russian, one large, the other smaller. In general, everything in the hotel is new, solid, it is clear that the money invested is not small. The girls at the reception are trying very hard, they helped in everything, they even booked return train tickets for us. All in all I would recommend this complex.
The hotel has a beautician, a doctor, massages and baths, I think everything is also at the highest level, the prices are not expensive, but we took a massage from Ivan in Lileya, back 50 UAH, we liked it. In "Sunny Transcarpathia" you can buy treatment for 105 UAH per day. We went to Kosin for thermal baths (70 UAH road per person + 70 entrance per person) - so-so . . I didn’t like that the awning over the pool, there is a sauna, there are a lot of people, It's better to go on weekdays. The lifts did not work, Vedmezhy was turned on only from January 31, there are no guns, the hill is of medium difficulty, but the snow is very hard - they are poured with water from a sprayer. snowboards, good boots-100 UAH a day, tow bar, skiing 150 UAH a day, you pay even if you don’t use the lift, there are no one-time lifts. In general, I really liked it in Polyana, the place is super, the water is very tasty and healthy. Would go back there.
