We rested in July 2016 at the 2nd entrance. This was the 4th visit to this hotel. Every year it gets worse and worse!!! The first thing that killed completely, that change of towels 1 time in 5 days. You come for treatment, where there are 3 water procedures a day, the towel does not have time to dry until the morning, but that's not all.

You come for treatment, where there are 3 water procedures a day, the towel does not have time to dry until the morning, but that's not all.
Towels are washed with the cheapest Gala, as the maids said and that they asked the hostess 100 times to buy a better quality powder. Last year, I bought a liter of German powder on the market and asked me to wash towels only for them. This year I took homemade towels and washed them every other day. Change of linen 1 time in 10 days. Those who come for 1 week do not change their bed linen, and those who come for 14 must persuade the maids to change it, because they say, you still have 3 days to go, why change the bed. When I asked why it is impossible to change the bedding after 7 days, they said that the hostess does not allow it, saves the already cheap Gala !!!

On requests not to make noise, the owner sent very far, saying that he was not worried about vacationers and he needed to earn money... Calling the police did not solve anything, calling the owner of the entrance too. In general, we suffered for 2 weeks and will never go there again. Plus, the interior in the bathroom is very, very willing to be replaced. Peeled plastic soap holders, the protective layer has long since peeled off, the lamp is completely rusted, the toilet lid is smaller than the toilet bowl... The iron is beaten, poured water for steam, all the water flowed out from the bottom, dried the iron for 2 days, so that nothing short-circuited. The ironing board is black, dirty, the cornice rests on a piece of paper, some kind person put it on his head so that he doesn’t fall on his head, 2 plastic chairs on the balcony are broken... in general, darkness, so running rooms in 4 years is just a crime ! ! ! The rooms need a major update!! !
