We are now resting in Sunny !! ! When choosing a sanatorium, I read different reviews about Solnechny, but intuition prompted me to go here. . We traveled 1150 km and did not calculate the time of arrival, we arrived in the middle of the night, we were settled with a child and in the morning we already fully spent our vacation !! ! For two days that we are here we have a lot of positive impressions!!! ! A very cozy good room, although we ordered an economy option, the food is very tasty and satisfying, the portions are large and varied, a very cozy dining room in which it is just a pleasure to eat and, which is important for us, only when we saw our baby, we immediately had a high chair !!! ! We rested in Solnechny in the first half of September. Beautiful place, new buildings, large, comfortable, well furnished, and most importantly clean room. The sweetest staff. The Superior room on the 4th floor was comfortable, bright, a little old furniture and the water in the shower changed abruptly from cold to hot, there is no Wi-fi in the rooms, only in the corridors and not in the reception - these are all minuses. Regarding nutrition - they could have increased the portions, it is clear that they are saving. For example, at lunch, a side dish could consist of two tiny pieces of meat, porridge and a small pile of beets or carrots grated nearby, even a bun for dinner is microscopic, besides, people with serious gastrointestinal diseases have nothing to do there, since they could serve a fried cutlet, and chop. Overall, though, the food was delicious. But sometimes I had to eat up in neighboring huts. The medical center is excellent, fresh, after renovation, the staff is caring, pleasant, we relaxed and rested during the procedures. I really liked the salt room. All the shortcomings in the hotel were compensated by the beautiful nature of the Carpathians, trips to thermal springs, healing water, fresh air, walks in the forest, delicious barbecue in the hut)) The rest was a success, we will return to Polyana again, and we wish Solnechny development and prosperity.

One single employee showed interest and care for the guests - this is Julia, an animator for children. It should be noted that she had very few chances to interest the children: the children's room is very, very cold and I, as a mother, did not risk leaving the children there for more than 30-40 minutes, but Yulia is a professional and used this time to the maximum.

Prices: for 5 days of accommodation and meals for 2 adults and 1 child with an NG program, we paid 12.880 UAH....For this hotel, this is a very huge amount of money, it is not even worth 50% of this amount!
Bottom line: I do not recommend even to enemies!
And the advice to management is to reconsider their pricing policy once or twice, try to be a little more hospitable, benevolent and start working for the client and not for yourself! Good luck!
