Meet the new year 2016 in this hotel. We were very happy when there were free places, the reviews promised a chic vacation in comfortable rooms and three dietary meals a day.
What we actually got:
Number. We took the most expensive three-room suite (or they are called apartments) for 2000 UAH with a little per day. The rooms are large and bright, the furniture is old but in good condition and these are all pluses. Dirty and dusty, in some places there are traces of cleaning in the form of dusty stains, somewhere this was not the case. There is dust in the air. Toilets in bathrooms are not attached to the floor. For five days of stay, they cleaned 1 time on January 01 and that's it! before leaving, we were forced to walk around the room in street shoes, as it is a pity to get the slippers dirty. Naturally bed and towels no one changed! It was also cold in the room.
Diet food )))) From the diet only the portion size. Not tasty, not healthy (fried potatoes and fried cutlets are diet food?? ) And always cold (not warmed up). Almost after every meal, my family and I went to other cafes to eat.
We also paid for a New Year's dinner (1200 UAH per adult and 500 UAH per child). I will say right away - the children ate only bread and fresh cucumbers, the rest had nothing to do with baby food. Salads only with mayonnaise, meat only fatty and fried and no side dishes!! ! We went to bed at 01:00 and did not see any more food. And at this dinner, they stole a selfie stick from us, when we asked the staff to look / ask around for an intelligible answer.

Now I really regret that I didn’t spoil my mood by photographing the mess in the room and the “dishes” on the table. The review would have turned out more colorful, but it was still a holiday and we tried to stay away from Solnechny.
We met sensible people at the hotel, who considered the "chic" sunny from the first day and demanded that they return the money and left for another place that had both entertainment and food and the price was half that. Too bad we didn't think of that.
One single employee showed interest and care for the guests - this is Julia, an animator for children. It should be noted that she had very few chances to interest the children: the children's room is very, very cold and I, as a mother, did not risk leaving the children there for more than 30-40 minutes, but Yulia is a professional and used this time to the maximum.
RESULT: I'm sorry for the money spent, very much. Especially when I saw worthy hotels in this area and the prices in them were much lower than the Sunny ones. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone
