In my opinion, "Sofia" is a claim for a hotel, as they position themselves, for 4 stars, but in fact - all the same sanatorium of the Soviet period, but of a higher class. Let's start with the reservation - one amount was called by phone, upon arrival it had already increased by 80 UAH. Further, it was not possible to have dinner on the road (ordered only with breakfast) - they refused because the kitchen serves guests who ordered dinner in advance using the sanatorium system . There is no air conditioning in the "super deluxe" room, which costs 970 UAH per day, there is no swimming pool in the hotel. For breakfast - not a buffet, but a regular dish: cabbage salad with 2 slices of ham and semolina casserole! This is for a man who still has to drive all day. I asked for coffee in the buffet (I don’t dare to call it a bar), I waited 15 minutes, I didn’t wait. Therefore, who is tormented by nostalgia for Soviet holidays - this is in "Sofia". For a modern comfortable stay in Polyana, I recommend looking for something better.
