Were in this "wonder hotel" for the New Year! Group of 6 adults and 5 children! The worst holiday you can imagine! It seems that the hotel has everything for a wonderful holiday, and a children's room, a cozy lounge, and a fireplace, and an animator, but unfortunately the management does not know how to use it! It was terribly cold in the building! the corridors are not heated, there is a glacier in the children's room, the rooms are also terribly cold, the hot water was weak pressure....Miraculously, we managed to take a fan heater, it saved... but we only had heat in the room. and another was a warm place near the fireplace, everything, everywhere it was very cold!
New Year's program....this is generally without comment. The cost was 1200 adults, 500 children.... the food was yes, but the children had nothing to eat on the table! The kids were hungry for Christmas! Everything was terribly greasy and not tasty....at 2 o'clock they brought some strange soup with lard and then fried ribs with potatoes . . at 2 o'clock in the morning! The entertainment program was not understandable at all... It looked like the management decided to obviously save on entertainment, so they made a decision: the chef periodically changed into costumes and tried to make people laugh, which, to put it mildly, did not work out very well. There was no program for children either, Santa Claus came out, gave gifts for a poem and left. and this is for 500 UAH per child! The hostess of the hotel also spoke, saying that what a good hotel they have, which they position as a family hotel..... What exactly they meant by the position of a family, we did not understand... In general, it seemed that the management had gathered celebrate the New Year with your company with their families (in a separate room), and everyone else sponsored this significant event....This was especially clearly visible on the morning of January 1, when there was a type of continuation of the holiday outside....there was a company of management around the fire , and other visitors to the hotel, they obviously didn’t fit in there... They didn’t hear about hospitality, they didn’t hear about any kind of customer care and don’t know..... the chef is a separate story....on Ng night he told one thing, in the morning 1 January is different, in the end it turned out to be the third... well, probably went over)))) and to be more precise, at first he said that breakfast and his signature miracle soup would be on the street, then he said in the morning that it would be cold outside breakfast in the dining room , came to the dining room, there is nothing about it at all they don’t know him... in short, DELUSION!
Food....the first three days the food was just disgusting! Well, that's just awful! and then on the third day, it’s clear that either the cook was changed, or he sobered up and changed his mind, the food was much better, the portions were larger, it was just delicious!

Rooms....If Olya Freimut or the Government Inspector had got there, they would have shot themselves there)))) and so, in general, not bad... if you do not go into details.
Prices: for 5 days of accommodation and meals for 2 adults and 1 child with an NG program, we paid 12.880 UAH....For this hotel, this is a very huge amount of money, it is not even worth 50% of this amount!
Bottom line: I do not recommend even to enemies!
And the advice to management is to reconsider their pricing policy once or twice, try to be a little more hospitable, benevolent and start working for the client and not for yourself! Good luck!
