Having read positive reviews about this complex, I decided to stay there with my husband. I'll tell you the truth about this "paradise". There is no pump room in the building (although it is indicated here that there is). The pump-room is only on the territory of the sanatorium Sunny Transcarpathia. Some sites about this hotel indicate that the rooms have mineral baths. It's a lie. Moreover, when I called the complex, the administrator told me that there is. That is, even on the phone they will not tell you the truth. They write that there is independent heating and we immediately think that there is constantly hot water and the rooms are warm. If you think so, then you are gravely mistaken. Hot water is available only during daylight hours, and, by the way, not always or far from hot. They won't tell you about it over the phone either. Because I had a case when I asked the owner (her name is Irina), having just left the room, when there would be hot water, she, looking into my eyes, said that there was water, since the boiler was working. I did not expect such impudence. To lie directly looking into your eyes - I’ll tell you that you need to be able to. Since we were vacationing in autumn, it was quite cold in the room. They didn't even offer heaters. Only when I heard from a neighbor in the dining room that he gave them a scandal about the cold in the rooms and they offered him a heater, I went to ask for it myself! his. They offer NOTHING.
