There is no pump room in the building (although it is indicated here that there is). The pump-room is only on the territory of the sanatorium Sunny Transcarpathia. Some sites about this hotel indicate that the rooms have mineral baths. It's a lie. Moreover, when I called the complex, the administrator told me that there is. That is, even on the phone they will not tell you the truth. They write that there is independent heating and we immediately think that there is constantly hot water and the rooms are warm. If you think so, then you are gravely mistaken. Hot water is available only during daylight hours, and, by the way, not always or far from hot. They won't tell you about it over the phone either. Because I had a case when I asked the owner (her name is Irina), having just left the room, when there would be hot water, she, looking into my eyes, said that there was water, since the boiler was working. I did not expect such impudence. To lie directly looking into your eyes - I’ll tell you that you need to be able to. Since we were vacationing in autumn, it was quite cold in the room. They didn't even offer heaters. Only when I heard from a neighbor in the dining room that he gave them a scandal about the cold in the rooms and they offered him a heater, I went to ask for it myself! his. They offer NOTHING. Generally. Nothing to say about the complex. Give the keys and forget about your existence. Only if you swear every day, then after a couple of days they may ask: Is everything okay? But, believe me, you will not be able to answer: yes, everything is fine. As a result, the day before departure, I took a heater, and then not from the administrator, but from the cleaning lady, because the administrator is sooo hard to find on the spot. I was very surprised that some tenants left the keys at the reception. There is no one there forever.
This is how the rest turned out: the morning began with a question from the administration: when will there be hot water. They wondered: how? there is! I stopped asking about it. The feeling that I was deceived does not leave me even now. So wait for a vacation and spend it like that.
A. I remembered one more thing: they don’t have Internet in the rooms (suddenly someone needs it). All the tenants sat in the hall by the fireplace. Oh, when the fireplace was lit, it stank of smoke in the room, and we lived on the 5th floor.

I saw a normal attitude only from a woman named Svetlana Petrovna. She seems to be the manager. And another cleaning lady. And that's all. As for the cleaners, I’ll say that they don’t clean every day, but once every three days. I advise you to wash the bathroom yourself, as they do not pay much attention to it. I had to wash myself. Linen is changed every 10 days : ) really funny? ! And it's not just me who has experienced this. I heard complaints about this from the tenants, passing by the reception.
