Hello everyone, we have been resting in this hotel for the second year in a row, last year we really liked it with my wife and children, we decided to go there this year. I will say everything as it is: the owners of the hotel, if compared with last year, to put it mildly, snickered, in the truest sense of the word. The tone in which she communicated with me and with other vacationers (not hotel guests, but just vacationers) was at a level even lower than the saleswoman at the bazaar, she has a division into vacationers and guests !! ! Everything is for guests, but for vacationers, be glad that you are here at all. Even the place in the dining room you are not supposed to be the one that you liked (free) as the guests will arrive soon and this will be a place for them. Let's continue about the dining room - there is a constant lack of napkins, sugar bowls on the tables, the waiters have the feeling that they fulfill your requests with an accuracy of one turn - each time they asked that tea be brought to the children in the first place to cool, but for some reason they brought coffee first !! ! The espresso coffee was already cold when I ate it. Tea was brought at the end of breakfast and his children hardly drank as it was very hot. Savings on food this year are hard - a child of 7-8 years old will not be 100% full. Children's portions were sometimes brought just meager - if soup with meatballs, then this is half a tureen and exactly ONE meatball with a pea. There is even a photo. From fruits they gave me twice a thin slice of watermelon. You can go on for a long time.... The room is in need of repair, the wallpaper is shabby, the leg of the sofa fell off, the socket with wires sticking out near the head when you sleep. There was an unpleasant rotten smell in the bathroom all the time, hot water disappears constantly in the mornings, cleaning is superficial, no one has ever cleaned under the bed - a children's toy swayed - he took it out with a bunch of dust and hair.....The bedding was somehow rotten, you sleep and the smell of dust was present all the time. Clothes dryer broken. Iron (if you can call it that) one for all in the common corridor. You can go on and on, but the picture in general, I think is clear.
