Rested in Erney Laz group. And not the first time.
Very, very strongly would not recommend to rest with a large company.
Perhaps it is suitable for a family holiday.

But the service, the service, especially in the restaurant and near the pool, is something terrible! I have never met such a boorish, arrogant attitude towards guests.
We were frankly rude, they frankly made it clear that they really didn’t want to feed us, they tried in every possible way to make food in the restaurant for us at an inconvenient time, due to uncomfortable conditions, we had to wait an hour. And sometimes they just openly refused.
The restaurant staff did not hide their hostility during the two weeks that we were there.
I recommend the owners and administrators of the hotel to carefully select the staff and train them in the basics of working with clients and service.
