Stayed there as a family with 2 kids. Short. Appearance is very decent. Rooms - too: furniture, plumbing, etc. - not cheap, but the price is also decent. There are few balconies though. The territory is compact but beautiful and well-groomed. It is especially good there in the summer, in the heat - tall trees create partial shade, which pleases. The kitchen is homemade and very tasty (although the prices are like in a decent restaurant). There are not many rooms (7 it seems), which is also good, since there are no crowds. It is about 100 m to the pump room and the sanatorium, which is also undoubtedly good.
But. There is nothing for children to do there at all: there is no playground or pool. This is not a hotel in the traditional sense of the word. It's the VIP house. There is no music (even background music), a rather strict hostess (the moment, don’t go there, don’t do it, it’s present, which is very annoying - after all, rest... ). There are no refrigerators in the rooms, eating (even fruit) is allowed only in the kitchen (a plus for someone, and a minus for someone). The vat and the bath are not working.
Conclusion: an ideal place for people of age and couples without children who need a secluded quiet place without many neighbors, as well as those who come to receive treatment in a sanatorium, but want to live in a decent place. Not suitable for families with children.
