Finally, we managed to write a review, because it is impossible not to write to people so that someone else does not get burned. Chose a hotel via the Internet, liked everything I read. They called Olga, ordered a separate cottage for a few days, we had three families with children. The cottage was beautiful, clean, the pool in the yard. We had a rest in the Carpathians many times, but this is the first time we have encountered it. We arrived at 1 o'clock, told to wait another hour because they were cleaning, waited until 2 o'clock. Well, nothing. When they settled down, Olga came for money for the whole period of rest and told to give her a deposit of another 1000 hryvnias. . when asked what deposit and for what, she replied that maybe we will break or damage something, or give our document. It is good that she was smart and did not give documents, and she begged 550 hryvnias for a deposit.
On the first day I saw because in many places the bed was burnt, the chairs in the hall were broken 2, they immediately told us not to write off, then they came and changed everything. This was already the beginning of the negative. But we came to rest and not to spoil our nerves. Before we arrived, we agreed that we would cook for ourselves, the kitchen in another cottage, and allowed to cook once a day. We agreed, because there was a barbecue, and we did not cook soup, we baked kebabs with potatoes and so on. The next day we went to prepare food. She didn't like it anymore, and she gave an hour only for cooking, no more, and not to cook what she did at that hour! We adjusted to it. And so all the days when she saw us in the kitchen it boiled inside, because we took 2 camphor instead of 1! ! ! ! ! But not all of us checked unfortunately at the settlement. (There were two bathrooms, on the 1st and 2nd floor).
We mostly used the shower on the 1st floor, right after the pool, on the 2nd floor only with a toilet and a washbasin.

But one day on the 3rd day someone wanted to take a shower, but the hose was leaking. It was too late to go and say that it was leaking, because they didn't check it right away. The day of eviction has come! We gathered, waiting for Olga. She came with her cleaner, who went into the house without going to the bathroom downstairs, not counting dishes, forks, glasses, regardless of whether the equipment is working, immediately went to the 2nd floor to the bathroom and said that we broke that hose! ! ! ! ! ! ! That she would not pay any money, that we were to blame for the gas that we had prepared so much to go and hid our eyes all the time, and then when she wanted to get out and leave the house, we stood in the doorway and talked, and finally heard that we were beat. It was just awful! I have never seen such a hypocritical, arrogant and lying person as this inadequate Olga! Do not spoil your vacation, do not go there!
I'm sure she has repeatedly divorced people like us! On the phone when you order is very kind, and when you come you see something else.
I thought that maybe this is the only attitude towards us, but we saw how she also promised people from Kyiv that she would cook the mushrooms they had gathered, and then told them to pay her for it. Towels had to give 2 pieces per person, in the end did not give anyone any. We were saved by those who brought with them.
