I chose a hotel for a long time, read reviews, and decided to go to this one, because the hotel offers a number of entertainments for vacationers. We went through Pokupon. Were 3 days 2 nights. Per day - 725 UAH. (this is with a 40% discount) The price includes meals - breakfast and dinner.
I will try to adequately paint all the pros and cons of this hotel.
Pros:
We lived in room 33 on the 3rd floor in the Junior Suite.
+ From the room there is access to your hotel balcony from the neighbors,
+ The view from the room is amazing!! ! He fascinated me both during the day and early in the morning, when all the mountains are covered with fog,
+ the room has a hair dryer, telephone,
+ in the price the hotel includes the use of: 2 pairs of slippers, 2 disposable shampoo sachets, 2 soaps,
+ water in the tap is clean, you can drink)),
+ the cost of the certificate included: 1 hour bath (+ Carpathian tea), use of a swimming pool with jacuzzi from 9 a. m. to 6 p. m. , 2 hours of playing billiards, 2 hours of archery,
+ Waitress girls are friendly, never had to wait long,
+ Administrator Lyuba is very attentive, on the day of arrival she called, clarified about our arrival, settled, showed us everything around the hotel, settled us before 14:00,
Minuses:
- There is no refrigerator in the Junior Suite, i. e. the hotel does not give vacationers the right to choose, only how to eat in their restaurant, the prices in their restaurant, I would say, are not cheap (Borscht - 30 UAH)
- there is no closet, only hangers in the hallway for both outerwear and ordinary clothes,
- Dirty! There were traces of urine from previous residents on the toilet. There was no “Disinfected” sticker, some crumbs in the shampoo sachets, the extractor in the toilet did not work, the smell was not pleasant.
- Restaurant. It's not tasty. The taste of the dishes was simply canteen. Food, as for the summer - meager.
Dinner example: dumplings with potatoes, cabbage salad, compote, 3 slices of watermelon,
Breakfast example: buckwheat (overcooked), stewed chicken (tasteless), carrot salad, cheesecakes with sour cream and black tea (no choice).
- There is no elevator in the hotel. The hotel is 4-storey.
- Chair on the balcony 1, despite the fact that the room is double,
- The water in the pool and jacuzzi did not smell fresh,
- The list of inventory in the room is printed on a draft,
- the walls are patched up, there are holes in the wall under the window sill, there are stains on the tulle, there are stains on the carpet,
- Towels 2 large and 2 small, and should be 6 (2 for feet)
- satellite TV does not catch elementary Ukrainian channels (the news could not be watched normally),
- Sauna and billiards strictly by appointment 2 days in advance,
- Wi-Fi in the room does not catch, only in the lobby on the 2nd floor or in the restaurant.
Well, the most important thing!! ! Hotel manager is rude! Spoiled my husband and I a festive mood for his birthday. We asked to reschedule the time for the bath. And in response we received that they had everything planned out, that these are our problems, that we are not succeeding now....She spoke to us in a raised voice and kindly signed us up the next day after we checked out.
Is this a normal attitude towards the clients of the hotel, which declares itself as a 3*…????
True, then, by coincidence, we were offered to visit the bathhouse at a convenient time for us, BUT our festive mood and long-awaited vacation were already ruined!!!
