We took 8 days / 7 nights room 38 on the 3rd floor, in my opinion, junior suite. Satisfied very much. Yes, from the station 50 UAH transfer, I agree, the roads are terrible. But!! ! Beauty, air, extraordinary Carpathian color - it's amazing!! ! The food is bomb!! ! My daughter is very picky: she ate for two, the portions are large, very satisfying, you won’t stay hungry. No fridge?? ? You can ask in the kitchen to put food in their refrigerator. Borscht 30 UAH?? ? So there is a portion for a healthy man! I ate borscht - and you can no longer take the 2nd! Some dessert. Lunch has never cost us more than 60 UAH. Up to the cable car 50 UAH - in general, laughter with laughter !! ! Walk 3km (about 40min) in the fresh air, look at the beauty of nature, take pictures..... Somehow one user wrote well here:

You can ask to clean, they themselves left for the whole day on an excursion, left the key, and in the evening they came to a clean room. There is an electric kettle, you leave a deposit of 100 UAH, they give you a kettle, when you leave you return the kettle - they give you money.
They swam in the pool - it’s normal, the bathhouse is amazing, they shot from the bow, it’s cool, they played tennis, basketball, badminton, they rode on the children’s swing, sunbathed, went trout fishing - amazing, delicious. We went to the Kamenka waterfall, the Tustan rocks - insanely beautiful, on the mountain cable car High top: 1200 m they took off on ATVs, walked there, took pictures, ate, back 50 minutes descent: one charm !! ! We walked to the cable car - back too. Not because 50 UAH is a pity, but just walking. We went to Mukachevo to Palanok castle, then wandered around the city (interesting in the center). It all cost 4650 for two with 2 meals a day + paid 200 UAH each for early check-in and late check-out = 5050:2 = 2525:8 days = 315 UAH / day. With food. As for me, this is normal. There is also a sauna, by the way, 2 hours, not 1. We spent on excursions and lunches + all transfers and trains + a bunch of souvenirs about 2000 - we didn’t deny ourselves anything. Train tickets cost about 650 UAH for two reserved seats from Kyiv to Slavske and back, in short, the entire vacation was 7700. We didn’t even see any of the horrors that were written about above. The staff is polite, friendly. But some vacationers should really learn about culture. There is internet in the lobby. Do you really need to go to the Carpathians to sit in a room and stick to the Internet??! ! Choose, decide. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends!
