We arrived for three days. Bought an offer for a promotion on the Coupon. I liked the price and bonuses to stay. Before buying it was necessary to call and book accommodation. Which is what was done. A very polite man answered and explained everything in detail and wrote down all the wishes. Upon arrival, the unpleasant moments began.
1. An early check-in was agreed. In my understanding - it came and got into the room. In the understanding of the hotel administration - a room was released, pay 200 UAH and go. Those. Arriving early in the morning, we walked for another two hours and only then stopped by. In general, the time flew by quickly, but not in one hotel where we rested before this was not the case. Those. all hotels write about check-in at 14.00, but you always arrive earlier and you are accommodated - for free. It was agreed here that you were ready to pay, BUT it seemed that the administration forgot.

2. Again, the offer included 2 hours of ski instructor. We went to the mountains for the first time and this point seduced us. I was very pleased with the presence of snow and there was confidence that we would sign up and learn). No. The instructor is placed at a convenient time for the hotel and group training. Those. 8-10 people gather and try to teach everyone. At the same time, the hill is small, the instructor constantly leaves to take or give out skis. In my understanding, 2 hours of training looks a little different)
3. Audibility. The feeling that the children and other residents of the hotel are all nearby, in your room). EVERYTHING is heard. I understand that there is no soundproofing in the hotel at all. But it's good that we got tired on the slides and just fell from fatigue.
4. Music in the restaurant. Not only can it be heard in the room, but it is almost always one chanson cassette. The administration you have a rest, as a rule, from 20 to 40 years old with children, they are unlikely to be lovers of chanson. On the last day they changed the music - cheers))
5. WI-FI - just awful)
6. SPA. Well, in my opinion, if you write SPA in the title, then you need to offer services. Jacuzzi - one name, or we did not understand. But it worked for everyone, I think the problem is not only in our hands. There was a lone geyser in the middle of the pool and people can relax however they want. Then it overheated and wouldn't turn on. Massage services - a good specialist, only her hours go faster than mine))
Good:
1. The rooms are just great. Good furniture, comfortable bed. Spacious.
2 The food is excellent, my husband and I ate well. Service is great, girls are very nice.
3. Bathroom is spacious, comfortable, hair dryer.
4. Hill at the hotel. But if there is little snow, it quickly turns into ice. You need to take old gloves, as good ones quickly become unusable on the lift.
5. The administration tries to help and resolve issues. All our misunderstandings were resolved (I had to be a little nervous), but in general they helped and went to the meeting.
6. You can walk to the ski slopes, a taxi costs 80-100 UAH.
7. Beautiful view from the hotel. Amazing air.
8. The pool is large, a group of people in it does not particularly interfere with each other. The kids have a lot of fun in it.
8. I liked the rest very much)) Have a rest in Slavske!
The hotel is not worth the money, only on the action))
