Rested with the whole family for the New Year. We took a family suite. Excellent large bright room with a balcony, with a double bed and a sofa for a child. The room has a kettle and hair dryer, which I consider a big plus. The small refrigerator is missing. The room is cleaned every day, there are no complaints about the cleanliness.
A huge plus is the presence of a pool and jacuzzi, in which our children had a lot of fun. The pool has amazing mountain views. You swim and watch the snow fall outside the window. Heated pool floors. The water was changed after 3 days. A wonderful sauna, where, upon request, you will always be brought various dishes from the restaurant menu. Vera the massage therapist knows her business, every day she put my back in order. As for entertainment for children, of course there is not enough children's room. There was no snow in the new year and our children ran around the rooms and the lobby. Then we texted with friends to find out in which room which of the children. And so he paid the money and the children, under supervision, draw, sculpt, play educational games. And the parents are calm. I hope director Svetlana comes up with something.
The cuisine at the hotel is very decent, varied and delicious! We had food for two, but we ate three of us, with a child, because the portions are very large. And who is not familiar with Ukrainian cuisine, I remind you that "Grechanyki" is a national dish and it is very tasty. At home I make them with mushroom sauce. Yes, I agree, breakfast coffee is stained water. Order coffee at the bar, it's delicious. A big plus is the slide next to the hotel, which can be used by children and beginner skiers. My friends and I cooked barbecue, swam, steamed in the sauna, in general, we had a good New Year's holidays. I recommend this hotel to everyone. Thanks to the director Svetlana and the whole team for a well-organized vacation. We will definitely return to this hotel.
