1. SETTLEMENT. We were met near the train, 5 minutes and we were at the hotel... True, at 7 in the morning)) We took a backup number for 200 UAH. Already by 13:00 we were settled in our 2-room Suite. Excellent room with panoramic windows to the mountains (4th floor 49 room). In the room: corner bath, kettle, 4 cups, 4 spoons, refrigerator, bathrobes, slippers. I took a pillow from home for my youngest child... it came in handy! since the bed and pillow were given only for the eldest son.
2. FOOD. Very tasty, huge portions. For our family of 4... they paid 3 complexes! Enough food!!!
3. SERVICE. The administrator Lyuba, the maids, the girls working in the restaurant and especially the waiters, thank you very much for everything!!!
Pleasant and smiling staff. . . the key to a great hotel!!!

4. ENTERTAINMENT. I will say this, there is entertainment... archery, billiards, table tennis, basketball, football... but, personally, I lacked an animator-instigator! Vacationers sluggishly use all this. And you can even organize competitions...
5. POOL. Everything is ok here. You can't get children out of there. . . especially with a jacuzzi))) The only moment. . . the floor around the pool is very slippery from the water. . . children fall!!!
6. EXCURSIONS. For 700 UAH, our family went to the Mini-Zoo (Edelweiss Hotel) - Kamyanka Waterfall - Dead Lake. This is considered a short excursion. Waterfall Kamyanka is beyond praise. . . beauty!!!
Also, on the lift to the mountain Zakhar Berkut... by the way, we went on foot with the children... from the hotel to the lift about 40 minutes. ))
