Просто супер!! Just great!!

Arrived a few days ago, still under a pleasant impression. The hotel is excellent, very cozy and cute. The girls of the employee are real good fellows, it is immediately clear that they do not come to work their shift and leave, but really value the reputation of the hotel. We read the reviews written a few months ago and we can say with confidence that the management takes into account the comments and tries to correct them. About the pros:
1. met at the station (special thanks to the driver Ivan for a great tour the next day).
2. settled immediately, and in a suite (there was an early check-in), although we booked a junior suite.
3. the rooms are excellent, bright, comfortable, with a view of the picturesque mountains.
4. wood-fired sauna and swimming pool - beyond praise! It is very convenient that there is access to the street from the pool, in good weather you can sunbathe in a sun lounger.

5. food - excellent. No sausages, as someone wrote above, have not been seen for a week. Everything is tasty, satisfying and varied. Enjoyed the local cuisine. Huge thanks to the chef!
6. director Svetlana, administrator Lyuba and the girls in the cafe are top-level professionals. To be honest, when we were driving, we did not expect such service in a three-star hotel.
7. A request for guests to wear caps in the pool, I think this is very correct, although someone in the reviews was outraged about this. It would not be very pleasant to swim surrounded by other people's hair.
8. it is always quiet in the evenings, no drunken companies were noticed. The absence of noisy discos nearby is also a huge plus and will please those who prefer a relaxing holiday.
9. a huge selection of excursions and entertainment (billiards, bicycles, etc. ). Great playground for kids on site.
10. I was pleasantly surprised that the administrator Lyuba conducts a tour of the hotel for each new guest, you immediately know where everything is.
Now for the cons - there are none! More like minor bugs:
1. it is not very convenient to use the kettle, the cord is short, you had to literally crawl under the table to the outlet.
2. it would be cool if there was a kettle and cups in the bathhouse and some kind of sound background in the form of a TV or tape recorder.
3. lack of a refrigerator - it is not very comfortable to drink warm mineral water in the heat. They brought expensive cheese with them, I had to throw it away. I have a rest every year in different hotels, I have never seen a room without a refrigerator.
4. bath without a curtain - no matter how carefully they tried to take a shower, every time they had to wash the floor after themselves.
5. one chair on the balcony - we are smoking ladies, we had to sit with tea and a cigarette in turn))
But it's all the little things that didn't ruin our vacation.
