Печалька sadness

To be fair, first the good stuff:
* A wonderful track for those who are learning to ski. Small, neat, does not threaten injury.
* Pleasant administrator
* Clean
* At the first request they brought bathrobes
Now about the important:
* The hotel is very cold and no one pays attention to the complaints of guests. Like, it should be 18 degrees and walk in the forest. My husband, after all, knocked out a blower in our room for an additional fee.
* You can forget about spending time together in a room - the bed is so uncomfortable that you not only don’t want to bask on it, it’s scary to lie down on it, because you wake up sick and broken.
* Rust flowed from the faucet. A plumber was called upon request. Without taking off his shoes, he immediately rushed to the bath. He reeked of fumes and dreamed that he would leave the room as soon as possible.
* The pool is very cold. Swimming is impossible.
* Caps for the pool for an additional fee

*There is no Internet in the rooms, there is no normal Internet in the lobby
*Shows literally a couple of channels
* The staff often quarrel with the guests. And the cleaners allow themselves to discuss the guests among themselves during the day during cleaning.
* The food is often very tasteless. On the last day, they were fed with salted rice, which I would have simply thrown out the urn.
* If you order lunch, consider the prices - 190 UAH. for the stale dumplings that ended up in the trash, a small portion of fried potatoes, coleslaw and tea.
* Bedspread, which, apparently, never change for the guests.
Conclusion: thanks for a nice skiing weekend, but we won't be coming back here.
