The staff of this hotel treats you with blatant rudeness and indifference. This is apparently the root of all evil in this hotel! The New Year's table for 800 UAH per person was disgusting, not to mention the food, the uzvar ended after the first decanter, one for 10 people at the table. If you suddenly sit too long at dinner, then the waiter will snatch food or drink from your mouth and drive you out of the dining room at a certain time. Included breakfasts is another story! If you come at 9, then breakfast has not yet begun, and if at 11, then it has already ended! Once we got on them and were extremely disappointed: boiled vermicelli, suspicious sausage and bitter beetroot! The TV does not work in the room, the drain in the shower cabin, there is no kettle, not to mention the refrigerator!
