I did not like the closet: it is small, open and there is nowhere to hang the hangers (of which there are only 4), only on the hanger hooks themselves. If you go skiing, then there is nowhere to dry things. Of the negative moments - heating. They don’t heat during the day, they turn on the heating somewhere after 18. You can ask for a heater, they asked a couple of times, they didn’t give it, they forgot everything. Well, it was not very cold outside, and they didn’t sit in the room during the day, so they didn’t suffer much. I hope they don't save so much in severe frosts.
The SPA center is well equipped, only you need to somehow control the young staff, otherwise they almost cooked in the circulation shower, mixed something up.
About nutrition. In general - not bad, varied. Sliced, first, salads, tea-coffee, etc. you take it yourself, the second course is offered by the waiter. Yes, something remains for example from lunch to dinner, not without it. Wine of 3 types, most likely from packages, but sometimes you can try. The staff is very friendly, nice girls.

Ladies from the Soviet period live at the reception. They try, not always successfully, but tolerable for 2-3 stars). Very good administrator Vitaly. Polite and competent young man. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged, subject to availability, of course.
The territory is good, swimming pool, gazebos, barbecue, swings, a playground for children. Only the alley of blue trees, sick with something, did not like, although this trouble is found everywhere
The mountains are very beautiful, the views around are wonderful. There was almost no snow, but we didn't come to ski, so. . . But it took 40 minutes to climb. on the lift to Zakhar Berkut I recommend it to everyone anyway.
In general, if you do not bother, then I liked everything and the memories are really pleasant.
