I have been resting in the sanatorium Kvitka Polonini for the 2nd year. I come for the sake of water - the effect is really noticeable. From the advantages of the sanatorium: a beautiful well-groomed territory, good dietary cuisine, a wide range of medical procedures. There are a lot of cons. I want to note the almost complete lack of service. The junior and middle medical staff are generally friendly, but there are very rude employees who do the procedure as a favor. The rooms are not cleaned well, already at the entrance to my room it was dirty. Once the room was not cleaned at all (on a weekday! ), they may not put toilet paper. I had a very unpleasant incident with the cleaning lady. There was a relocation from one room of Kvitka Polonini's building to another. At the reception, they gave me the keys to the second room and said that it was possible to move during the day. I moved in late at night. At 11 at night, for some reason, the cleaning lady began to open the door and began to yell at me, why did I move now. In this room she had a cot, and most likely she went there to spend the night. At the same time, the administrators said that you can move both in the evening and in the morning of the next day. I have never seen such rudeness in hospitality. Zero customer focus. In a word, I do not recommend living here. Prices are not up to par. Soviet approach. If you are not a pensioner who is ready to spend over a thousand dollars on such leisure, but a tourist who is accustomed to at least a standard European level of service, I advise you to consider living in private cottages and take the procedures you need in a sanatorium.
