We stayed in July 2012. We did not get the maximum pleasure from the rest because of the unfriendly staff. A very unpleasant manager (she is also the hostess) Violetta and the same unsmiling hotel employees. We constantly felt guilty about something: we parked the car in the wrong place, ordered something for breakfast, didn’t inform us what excursion we were leaving for, and so on. Since we were not used to such an attitude, and even for our own money, we tried to fend off all attacks in our direction and after a few days they no longer touched us, but more modest people continued to listen to claims from the hostess, and sometimes absolutely absurd. In short, we left with joy and will NEVER come to this hotel again.
