Breakfast is cheesecakes or oatmeal or scrambled eggs and tea, you want coffee - you have to pay separately. Yesterday's buckwheat soup was prepared for us for lunch - we didn't order lunch anymore. Even in the bill for dinner, this bundle counted the compote separately, when we didn't even order tea! I strongly do not recommend this sharashkin office

It’s cold, damp, summer water in the showers, the administration and staff are rude, when asked to turn on the heating, because it’s impossible to sleep from the cold, they answered us: “you don’t pay that much . . ” in the rooms even towels cannot dry for days due to dampness . In general, a good idea and a wonderful place are hopelessly spoiled by the attitude of the staff towards vacationers and the business itself.

We stayed in July 2012. We did not get the maximum pleasure from the rest because of the unfriendly staff. A very unpleasant manager (she is also the hostess) Violetta and the same unsmiling hotel employees. We constantly felt guilty about something: we parked the car in the wrong place, ordered something for breakfast, didn’t inform us what excursion we were leaving for, and so on.

Since we were not used to such an attitude, and even for our own money, we tried to fend off all attacks in our direction and after a few days they no longer touched us, but more modest people continued to listen to claims from the hostess, and sometimes absolutely absurd. In short, we left with joy and will NEVER come to this hotel again.

We went in July with my husband and child, stayed for almost a week, very calm, the air is clean, it was impossible to pull the child out of the pool. We had a good trip on excursions. And the sanatorium nearby is amazing. In general, if you are tired of the noisy city, it’s just right to go to the mountains for a week : ).
